4. Failure to check in on the scheduled arrival date will result in the reservation being considered a “No-Show,” and the reservation will become non-refundable. We are not responsible for finding an alternative.
5. If you wish to extend your stay at the hotel, please notify us in advance; otherwise, coordination will be between the guest and the hotel directly, subject to availability and feasibility.
6. The official check-in time for hotels is 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM, unless otherwise specified by the hotel.
7. If you receive a room that does not match your agreed-upon preferences (as stated on the booking invoice)، please contact customer service to address the issue. Otherwise, the guest will bear the consequences.
8. The hotels are responsible for the conduct, quality of service provided by their staff, room cleanliness, location, surroundings, floor, view (unless specified otherwise in advance)، and the provision of free or paid parking facilities and internet services.
9. Reservations can be canceled or modified up to 72 hours before check-in, except during peak seasons (official holidays, Ramadan, and other specified periods) when the reservation is non-refundable and non-modifiable.
10. Our offers and responsibilities are limited to the number of adult guests confirmed in the reservation only, and any additional children under six years old. If the hotel requests it, the reservation holder must pay for extra beds or additional rooms at the hotel’s rate.
11. Cancellation or reservation changes may be subject to additional terms during certain seasons, as communicated to you during booking.
12. In case of loss or forgetting personal belongings or luggage, direct communication should occur between the client and the hotel, without any liability on our part.
